And I agree to hold Prairie Mountain Media and At Home Colorado harmless against all claims, damages, suites, penalties, fines and liabilities for injury or death to persons or loss or damage to property in connection with, or arising from or in any way relating to the builder's and/or homeowner's participation in the At Home Colorado Tour of Homes. We will do our best to ensure the accuracy of all materials relating to the At Home Colorado Tour of Homes; however, we cannot be responsible for mistakes in any advertising, publications, maps, literature or materials related to the Tour.

I or my company representative will return all deliverables and meet all deadlines including marketing deliverables. No adjustment/credits will be provided if I miss deadlines.
